How long it take for my parcel to come? We do try to get out same day, (excludes bakery as these are made to order ) but this depends on what time the order is placed and if we have already had our collection of the day

Which Couier service do you use? We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked daily 

What if items i have purchased and do not fit? We offer a exchange if it within the 30 day returns period and not been worn. ( you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways) please include a note inside your returns with size needed, order number, returns address and email.

It is upto the owner to determine if the itmems fit your dog correctly, we can only advise.

Made to order items are unfortunately non refundable

How do i store my biscuits? Our Grain Free biscuits are best stored in a air tight container & consume within 8 weeks (iced biscuits- do not store in a air tight container as they need to breathe, store in the fridge in a lightly sealed cello or paper bag

Can i freeze my biscuits? Our biscuits are suitable for freezing, use within 4 months

Where do i find batch numbers and best before date? Batch number & best before date - you will find this information on the packaging of your biscuits

Can my puppy eat your biscuits? Our biscuits are suitable for dogs 12 weeks and over

How Many treats can my dog have? We recommend no more than 3 treats per day but this does depend on the size of your dog. Feed alongside a regular balanced diet and always ensure fresh water is available. Supervise at all times

Are you registered and are they lab tested? Yes are biscuits are lab tested and all nutritional analysis are listed

Ordering

Our minimum wholesale order is £50 after your trade discount has been applied.

Simply shop through our website as normal and enter your trade code at checkout to receive your wholesale pricing.

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3 working days. During particularly busy periods, this may take a little longer, while at quieter times your order may be ready sooner.

If you need your order by a particular date, please email us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

If an item in your order is out of stock, it will be refunded unless otherwise agreed.

Retail-Ready Products

Our accessories are supplied retail ready, with product display cards or swing tags where applicable.

Please note that sale and clearance items may not include retail display cards or swing tags.

Our recommended retail prices (RRP) are provided as a guide only, allowing you to choose the most suitable retail price for your business.

Who Can Apply?

Wholesale accounts are available to established, currently trading businesses.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to approve wholesale accounts for businesses that have not yet been set up or started trading.

By applying for a trade account and placing a wholesale order with The Dog Shack, you agree to the following wholesale terms.

Trade Accounts & Discount Codes

Trade accounts are for approved, currently trading businesses only.

Your trade discount code is provided specifically for your business and must not be shared with customers, friends, family or other businesses.

We reserve the right to suspend or close a trade account if a wholesale code is misused or shared.

Trade discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, sale or special website offer, unless we specifically state otherwise.

Minimum Order

Our minimum wholesale order is £50 after your trade discount has been applied.

Orders below the minimum spend may be cancelled and refunded.

Payment

All wholesale orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering through our website.

We do not currently offer credit accounts or payment terms.

Recommended Retail Prices

Any RRP provided by The Dog Shack is 

a recommended retail price only. You are free to determine the final selling price of products within your own business.

Processing & Dispatch

Wholesale orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3 working days.

During busy periods, new collection launches, events or seasonal periods, processing times may be longer.

If you require your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless agreed with us beforehand.

Out-of-Stock Items

On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

Any unavailable items will be refunded, unless an alternative product or another arrangement has been agreed with you.

Retail Packaging

Where applicable, accessories are supplied with our branded retail display cards or swing tags.

Sale, clearance or discontinued products may be supplied without retail display packaging.

Returns

Wholesale orders are intended for resale and we do not accept returns for unsold stock, change of mind or products that you are unable to sell.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at thedogshack84@yahoo.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.

Product Images & Branding

Approved stockists are welcome to use product images supplied by The Dog Shack for the purpose of promoting and selling our products.

Our photographs, branding, logos and other content remain the property of The Dog Shack and must not be altered or used to promote other brands or products without permission.

Products must not be rebranded, relabelled or presented as another company's own products unless this has been specifically agreed with us.

Reselling Our Products

Wholesale products are supplied for resale through the business approved on your trade account.

If you intend to sell our products through third-party marketplaces or platforms, please contact us first to check whether this is permitted.

Changes to Trade Accounts

We reserve the right to review wholesale accounts, trade discounts, minimum order values and wholesale terms when necessary.

We may also withdraw trade account access where an account is no longer being used for its intended purpose or where these terms have not been followed.
