Shipping policy

48hr service from dispatch   - We aim to ship your out the next working day, please allow extra time during busy periods. (Cut off is 12pm for next day)

 

bakery is around 1 week  as perishable item and made to order. 

Shipping is via UPS or Royal Mail, tracking will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

Custom/ Taxes:

shipping outside the UK may be required to pay taxes/custom charges, it is the customers responsibility to pay these charges not The Dog Shack.
